Uwielbiam jeździć na rowerze choć swojego w domu nie mam. Podczas wakacji czy dłuższego wolnego które spędzam u babci, codzienna przejażdżka to podstawa!. W domu staram się ćwiczyć jakieś podstawowe ćwiczenia typu brzuszki itp., chodzić na spacery a siłownia zdarza się ale nie często ;).
